Account and data deletion
To request deletion of your MoriPoko online identity and associated personal data, email [email protected] with the subject MoriPoko account and data deletion.
You can send the request here even if the game is no longer installed. No purchase or new game installation is required to submit a request.
What to include
Tell us whether you used guest play or linked an Epic Games account, your MoriPoko player name, and any account information you already have that can help identify the correct record. If you do not know it, explain that in your message and we will help.
We may need reasonable additional information to verify ownership before deleting an identity. Never send passwords, login codes or payment-card details.
What the request covers
We will identify your MoriPoko online record, address associated personal data we control, and request relevant action from the online service provider where needed. Deleting an identity can prevent you from recovering it or rejoining its rooms.
This does not delete your Epic Games account or affect accounts for other games. For the Epic account itself, use Epic's own account controls.
We aim to respond within one month. We will explain the outcome, any lawful extension and any limited information that must be retained for security, dispute handling or a legal obligation. The current game does not have a publisher-hosted ranked profile or campaign cloud-save service.
Remove saves from your device
To erase local puzzle progress, settings and saved sign-in information on Android, open Settings → Apps → MoriPoko → Storage and choose Clear storage or Clear data. Wording varies by device. This resets the local game and can remove access to an unlinked guest identity.
Removing local files is separate from requesting deletion of online records. If you have made a separate device backup, manage that backup with its provider too.
